Synopsis
Shocked and disappointed by news of his mentor’s death, Ward Reid seeks out the Professor’s partner, Beth, to learn missing details to complete the book he has written about the Professor. Meeting Beth eludes him; unfortunately a run-in with homeland security and a harrowing airplane flight from Denver to San Jose do not. When they finally meet, highly-evolved Beth reveals the secrets to world peace by relating stories of the housekeeper of a colleague of Martin Luther and of the daughter of a Druid priestess and a Roman general. Can Ward's devoutly Christian wife deal with Beth's stories and eccentric behaviors? Can Ward cope with his wife's reactions? Can it be possible that Beth is really who she claims to be?
